Day 52 & 53 – (9/5/15 – 9/6/15) Fremantle to Perth to home
The following day we dropped the truck and trailer off with our shipper and we took a train to Perth.
In Perth, we stayed at the Citadines, St George Terrace. It was a good central location and we were able to explore Perth before flying home later the following day.
And so was the end of out Australian adventure.
A few after thoughts:
Australia is an amazing country.
There is so much more to see.
Big cities are big cities.
The Australian people we met were refreshing and told it how it was. There wasn’t any pussy footing around. If they wanted to ask a question, they did. If they had an opinion, they made it known.
We will have to come back to explore further someday.
The present set up of the truck and trailer was not ideal for longterm travel, especially in inclement weather. We are going to have to look into other options…
