Day 48 & 49 – (9/2/15-9/3/15) Exploring Esperance
The following day we hiked Frenchman’s peak and escaped a rain storm high on the peak. It was probably not the safest place to be during the storm, but we escaped getting soaked.
We drove down the beach.
We walked around Lucky Bay with it’s beautiful white sand beach.
We drove the Great Ocean Drive which was stunning with the stormy weather that made it difficult to get out of the vehicle at times.
We stopped at the Section Glass Gallery after seeing a small sign on the side of the road. We found out that the artist did the glass in the whale tail in downtown Esperance. Her work was amazing!
