Day 43 – (8/28/15) Gwalia to Lake Ballard
From Gwalia we headed south and decided to explore Lake Ballard. We were told it was a dry lake bed with metal statues scattered throughout the lake. It was a strange sight from an overlook a few hundred feet above. When we made it down to the the lake, we wandered around the many statues for quit some time.
